Our services / Four practices

From commercial uncertainty to a working Revenue Engine.

Our four practices connect commercial value discovery to the work needed to realise that value: commercial direction, sales execution, market expansion and implementation, with ongoing operation where required.

Choose the area that matches your situation. We assess what is already working and agree the work needed to move forward.

01 / Practice

Commercial Value and Strategy

Establish the value. Shape the direction.

When to engage us

Growth has stalled, the offer no longer reflects what the business can do, or a new direction needs a credible commercial case. You may need to strengthen what already works before committing to something new.

What changes

A clear commercial direction, a defined buyer and offer, and an evidence based decision about what to strengthen, test or fund. Assumptions, priorities and investment gates are explicit.

What we work on

  • Map what the business does, knows, owns, controls and can credibly deliver.
  • Examine market pressures, buyer needs, competitive alternatives and the evidence of demand.
  • Define the offer, positioning, pricing and commercial economics around what buyers will fund.
  • Compare opportunities and decide what to uncover, strengthen, redirect, create or stop.

How the engagement can continue

We can hand over the agreed direction, engineer the sales motion or work with your team to activate the offer. Further work is scoped around the evidence and the needs of the business.

Sales Motion and Revenue Execution

Build or repair the way you win.

When to engage us

The offer has value, but sales activity is not producing consistent progress. Account priorities, buyer access, ownership or commercial support may be missing. Founder dependency is one possible constraint, not the only one.

What changes

A practical sales motion with clear account priorities, buyer strategies, qualification criteria, decision evidence and team responsibilities. The team knows whom to pursue, how to engage and when to bring in support.

What we work on

  • Prioritise accounts and identify the whole buying group, distinguishing problem ownership from budget control and investment authority.
  • Develop champions, reach senior decision makers and build support across the people involved in the purchase.
  • Connect technical requirements to a funded business priority and assemble the investment case, evidence and commercial argument.
  • Define targeting, messaging, qualification, deal progression and the responsibilities of sales, founders, technical specialists, delivery leaders and partners.
  • Use opportunity and conversion evidence to identify where deals stall, test assumptions and refine execution.

How the engagement can continue

We put the approach into use through live opportunities, coach the team and refine it with market feedback. Support can transition to internal owners or continue through agreed commercial leadership and the Commercial Growth Office.

03 / Practice

Market Entry and Expansion

Find your place in a new market.

When to engage us

You are entering a geography, industry or customer segment, or an existing expansion is falling short. A proven capability may still need a different offer, buyer, partner model or sales approach in the new market.

What changes

A focused market and buyer strategy, an adapted offer and a practical route to market. You know what must be proven, which capabilities are required and how commercial progress will be assessed.

What we work on

  • Assess demand, market pressure, competitive alternatives and the right to compete.
  • Adapt the offer, positioning, pricing and buyer evidence for the chosen market.
  • Define priority accounts, local credibility, buyer access, partnerships and the route to market.
  • Establish the sales motion and delivery arrangements, with clear tests before larger investment.

How the engagement can continue

We help activate the approach, develop partnerships and support early opportunities. Ongoing involvement can coordinate local commercial execution, review evidence and adjust the investment as traction develops.

04 / Practice

Commercial Implementation and Operations

Put it to work. Help your team run it.

Use evidence from live execution to guide the next action.

When to engage us

The direction is clear, but implementation is fragmented or the team needs support to run the commercial system. Work may be stalled between leadership, sales, marketing, delivery and finance.

What changes

A working commercial system, clear ownership and a team equipped to operate and improve it. The agreed changes are in use, with a practical rhythm for action, measurement and review.

What we work on

  • Reorganise existing capability or assemble the methodology, people, tools, systems, platform, partnerships or delivery capability the opportunity requires.
  • Establish ownership, workflows and practical tools, then work through live opportunities and coach the team in their use.
  • Coordinate priorities and dependencies across the business, with agreed responsibilities and decision points.
  • Combine market intelligence with commercial performance evidence to improve decisions and execution.

How the engagement can continue

Choose a defined implementation and handover, ongoing support through the Commercial Growth Office, or focused intelligence and performance work. Involvement can reduce as the team takes ownership or continue where it adds value.

01

Implementation and Capability Development

We establish the agreed roles, workflows, tools, partner arrangements and commercial capabilities, then coach the team through their use. Specialist delivery partners support technical work where required.

02

Commercial Growth Office

An ongoing service that coordinates commercial execution across leadership, sales, marketing, delivery and finance. We manage agreed priorities, clarify ownership, resolve dependencies and help progress important opportunities.

03

Commercial Intelligence and Performance

We combine market and buyer intelligence with evidence from your commercial activity. We investigate performance, test assumptions and turn findings into decisions about targeting, offers, pricing, sales execution and investment.

Intelligence informs every practice. Analytics has its home here, but market, buyer and performance evidence also informs discovery, offer design, sales execution and market activation.

The method behind the work

One approach. A scope built around the need.

The practices describe what we help with. The CP methodology describes how we deliver: Discover → Engineer → Build & Activate → Operate. Each engagement uses the stages it needs, building on the evidence and capability you already have.

  3. Redirect

Choose or strengthen the direction the evidence supports.

  4. Repackage

Shape what the buyer can understand, value and purchase.

  5. Commercialise

Design the economics and path to revenue.

  6. Build

Reorganise what exists or put the required capability in place.

  7. Operate

Run, measure and improve the commercial system.
