About this notice

This notice covers the Capital Primitive public website and its enquiry form. Contact hello@capitalprimitive.com with privacy questions. Client engagements and Primitive Swarm pilots require their own agreed information handling arrangements.

When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, preferred location and reason for contacting us. Company and message fields are optional. We use the information you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply.

The form sends your details through FormSubmit to our email inbox. You can instead email us directly. Only provide information you are authorised to share. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential business records in an initial enquiry.

Confidentiality

We treat your enquiry as confidential. We seek your permission before publishing your name, identifying details or a case study about your business. We can agree confidentiality terms and an appropriate way to exchange sensitive material before you share it. Read about confidentiality in our work.

Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics loads only if you select Allow analytics. It uses cookies and related technology to measure visits and interactions, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information. This helps us understand website use. The website does not send enquiry form contents to Google Analytics.

You can decline without losing access to the site or enquiry form. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Your preference is stored in your browser. Declining stops future Analytics collection by this website; it does not erase information previously collected by Google.

Hosting and service providers

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare. Hosting and security services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages, and may use cookies to protect and deliver the website. These functions are separate from optional analytics.

Form delivery, email, hosting and analytics involve external providers. Information may be processed outside Australia under those providers’ arrangements. This website does not offer an Australia only data storage commitment. Before sharing material with specific location, security or retention requirements, contact us to agree a suitable process.

Your information and questions

To ask about information supplied through an enquiry, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@capitalprimitive.com. Tell us enough to identify the enquiry, without sending identity documents unless we arrange this with you. Some records may need to be retained for an engagement or legal obligations.

If your concern is not resolved, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains available complaint options and when it can assist.

We may update this notice as the website and its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
